Outlier Technologies is a fast-growing B2G SaaS company transforming how government agencies measure and monitor regulatory compliance and performance. Our mission is to help protect vulnerable people by enabling inspectors and caregivers to focus on what matters most. We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Director of Marketing to create awareness of our SansWrite product, accelerate demand generation, and position Outlier as a trusted leader in the GovTech space.

The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that builds long-term brand awareness while also driving measurable pipeline growth. This role combines big-picture brand leadership with hands-on ownership of campaigns, content, government-sector positioning, and digital acquisition programs.

You'll be the architect of our public-sector voice—shaping how agencies discover, understand, and trust our solutions.

What You Will Do:

• Develop and execute a unified marketing strategy for brand awareness and demand generation
• Strengthen our position in the GovTech ecosystem through messaging, content, PR, and thought leadership
• Lead multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, paid, events) to drive qualified leads and support government sales cycles
• Build ABM programs targeting key agencies and strategic accounts
• Oversee content creation including case studies, reports, webinars, and sales enablement assets
• Use analytics and CRM data to optimize funnel performance and report on KPIs
• Partner with Sales, Product, and leadership to ensure alignment across go-to-market initiatives
• Manage and grow internal marketing talent and agency partners

What You Will Bring:

• 8+ years of SaaS marketing experience; B2G/GovTech preferred
• Proven success driving both brand awareness and lead generation
• Strong understanding of public-sector audiences and government buying cycles
• Experience with digital marketing, ABM, content strategy, and marketing automation tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
